Women's March takes world by storm

Thousands of people were expected to be seen at the Women's March on Washington, as thousands did show up. DC was not the only city to have its own march, as other major cities participated such as nyc, Seattle, Boston, and LA. In total, around two million people participated in the marches across the globe. As a result of Donald J Trump being sworn into office, and the Republican majority Congress began, people started to express their frustrations with the fear that their human, civil and reproductive rights would be taken away. Hillary Clinton took to Twitter by saying "Thanks for standing, speaking, & marching for our values @womensmarch. Important as ever. I truly believe we're always Stronger Together." Despite whatever their political agendas were, massive crowds of people came together for one reason, to let their voices be heard.
